Pump Street Bakery is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. After mastering naturally-leavened bread, they ventured into making craft chocolate from beans they import directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world, from bean to bar.
A chunky, malty amalgamation of bread pieces and sweet toffee-ish white chocolate made with Samuel von Rutte's Ecuadorian cocoa beans from Hacienda Limon.
Ingredients - cocoa butter (pressed in house by us), cane sugar, milk powder, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, natural sourdough starter, sea salt), cocoa powder, sea salt. May contain milk, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds
