Unfined and unfiltered and made using whole bunches of grapes to keep a lightness of colour and structure. Very low tannins mean this is perfect for chilling. Think almost a rosé Blaufrankisch – super light maceration, pale pinkish-red, bright cherry fruit. Yum.
